This policy outlines the refund eligibility, billing practices, downtime compensation, dispute handling, and service misuse regulations for TechMatch Solutions VPS services.

1. Refund Policy for New VPS Orders

TechMatch Solutions offers a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of your first payment.

  • Within 7 days:
    Customers are eligible for a full refund upon cancellation.
  • Between day 8 and day 14:
    A partial refund may be issued based on unused service credit remaining in the Client Account Wallet.
  • After 14 days:
    No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund eligibility applies only to new VPS services and does not cover renewals, add-ons, or custom configurations unless otherwise stated.

2. VPS Billing Cycles & Refund Eligibility

TechMatch Solutions provides flexible billing options. Refunds are processed according to the billing cycle below:

Hourly (Pay-As-You-Go)

  • You are charged only for hours used.
  • Service can be canceled at any time.
  • 7-day full refund
  • Cancellations between days 8–14 will have used hours deducted, and remaining balance credited to your Client Account Wallet.

Monthly

  • Full refund if canceled within 7 days.
  • Between days 8–14, used hours are deducted and the remaining balance is credited to your Client Account Wallet.

Quarterly

  • Same refund structure as Monthly plans.

Semi-Annual

  • Full refund within 7 days.
  • Partial refund (unused balance credited) between days 8–14.

Annual

  • Covered under the 7-day money-back guarantee.
  • Partial credit for unused service between days 8–14.

3. Cryptocurrency Refund Policy

  • All cryptocurrency refunds are processed exclusively in USDT (TRC20 network).
  • Any conversion fees, network fees, or exchange charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund values are calculated based on the original transaction amount.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a VPS refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email from your registered email address
  2. Include your Transaction ID and reason for refund
  3. Send your request to:

  4. Our support team will review and process the request within 2 business days

5. VPS Service Cancellation

If your refund request is approved by TechMatch Solutions support:

  • You must manually delete or terminate the VPS service from your client panel.
  • Refunds are processed according to the applicable money-back guarantee.
  • Failure to terminate services may result in continued usage charges.

6. Service Downtime Compensation Policy

If a customer experiences service downtime caused by issues under TechMatch Solutions’ control:

  • The customer will be compensated with double the service credit deducted during the affected downtime period.
  • Compensation will be added to the Client Account Wallet.
  • Wallet credits have no expiration and can be used for future services.

Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party providers, force majeure events, or customer misconfiguration is not eligible for compensation.

7. Dispute & Chargeback Resolution Policy

In the event of a formal dispute or chargeback:

  • TechMatch Solutions submits full documentation including:
    • Service agreements
    • VPS provisioning logs
    • Client communication records
    • Access confirmation data
  • Evidence is submitted to the payment processor within required timelines.
  • Our team will attempt direct communication with the customer to resolve the matter amicably and avoid escalation.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension and permanent account termination.

8. Illegal Usage & Account Termination

⚠️ Strict Policy Enforcement

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Terrorism-related activities
  • Child exploitation or pornography
  • Hacking, phishing, malware distribution
  • Spam, fraud, or illegal automation

Any account found violating these terms will be immediately terminated without refund and may be reported to relevant legal authorities.

9. Policy Updates

TechMatch Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
